William Barnard

Rector of Finmere from 5 August 1804 to 1811. He left Finmere in August 1811: 

The Barnards have left Finmere for their new living it was a great trial on M^rs Bs Spirits. (BRO D-FR/38/14/?)

In 1815, the Barnards were in Paris when they came into a legacy:

You will be glad to hear that the Rev^d W Bernard, late of Finmere has had one £100 p ann^m left to him & M^rs Bernard (not to each) & afterwards to revert to any child of theirs at their own option, in the long Annuities. I had the pleasure of communicating this to M^r Barnard this day who happened to be in Town on the eve of his return to Paris.
